About the role...

You will be a prominent member of staff and play a key part in growing our business by maintaining and growing our existing accounts through proactive account management. This will be through telephone, written and face to face contact. Meeting key KPI’s and sales targets. You will also manage the project workflow and have the commercial responsibility to ensure we maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research. Prioritisation and task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling us to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.


Requirements

Key skills and experience:

  • You'll have a lot of experience in account management, 
  • You'll know how to win new business from existing clients across either Agencies or Corporate organisations, 
  • Good knowledge of the online market research industry and research process. 
  • You can demonstrate how to plan for hitting sales targets
  • You can prospect for new business within accounts, 
  • You're able to maintain existing spend and effectively manage the sales process from start to finish. 
  • Service is at the heart of our business, so a passion for exceeding client expectations is essential.
