Wealth Wizards are the UK’s first online independent financial adviser offering fully regulated advice via simple online applications. They’ve pioneered the combination of chartered financial planning, actuarial science and smart software technology to deliver expert advice at an affordable cost via the internet. Their mission is to make financial advice affordable to everyone.

This role acts as the bridge between the regulated financial advice entity and our Product Management team. Its purpose is to translate financial advice policy into product requirements along with analysing data, to understand and drive forward solutions which support our customers and overall long term vision. This will cover Wealth Wizards Advisers and other financial institutions.

  • Accurately and efficiently capture business needs
  • Mapping and documenting before and after process flows
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Support User Acceptance Testing
  • Identify opportunities to drive product innovation
  • Keeping up to date with technical and Financial Services industry developments
  • Work with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineers to articulate the problem and to evaluate the potential solutions
  • Work with existing and potential customers
  • Support in the documentation of advice policy
  • Owning new advice policy through to completion
  • Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with an interest and ability to map out processes that may not exist today or need re-working
  • Collaboration skills driving consensus at all levels with the ability to communicate and/or present credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Analytical skills to make informed product recommendations
  • Experience of working in a pensions environment is desirable
  • Ideally CII Diploma Qualified (QCF4) or equivalent
