About the role...
In this newly created role you will lead the Talent Acquisition & Culture services across our startup division. You will have the opportunity to join a startup that has big aspirations for both innovation and technology, playing a pivotal role in driving value to our portfolio of startups whilst leading a team of five talent acquisition and culture experts. A creative problem solver, pragmatic thinker and data nut, you’ll love a varied and challenging workload where no one day is the same. Partnering with CEO's to Talent professionals, you'll thrive on influencing, leading and setting the standard on how talent acquisition is carried out across our industry. Reporting to our Founder and CEO, Matt Halsey, you will be comfortable with the ambiguity of a growing startup environment and embrace developing solutions.
Due to continued growth, and a waiting list of new customers, we have an exciting roadmap with the launch of our new product the 'Canda Hub', along with the opportunity to build and scale a team both within London and across new markets. Your first year should be filled with:
Developing and driving the strategy for how we deliver talent acquisition solutions to our startup customer base, building consistency and new ways of working that embrace a scaling business and foster creativity.
You'll lead a growing team of doers and creatives in the talent space, whilst continuing to build on our inclusive culture.
You’ll be able to innovate and create solutions for customers, ranging from workshops, onsite support, technology and branding campaigns.
You’ll help develop the overall Canda centre of expertise, helping our community of talent gurus to be the best they can be. Above all you’ll be in the thick of our customers growth.

You'll have led both agency and in-house teams and have experience with managing budgets.
