About the role...

As Managing Director, you'll report directly into our Founder and lead on scaling our UK expansion. You’ll be the driving force behind our unique offering, overseeing how we deliver and improve our service, identifying new opportunities, devising business strategy and being a focused and inspirational leader for our SLT. 

You'll be working with the fastest-growing startups in London, a passion and interest for the tech and startup space is a must. Phase I is complete with our brand, product and digital solution at Beta phase, you'll be experienced and passionate in building out propositions that solve customer challenges.

Requirements

A bit about you...

  • A strong and clear communicator, you’re able to adjust your style to the context and provide clarity for all internal messaging. Building rapport with both the Canda team and key customers will be a breeze
  • You'll have experienced high growth culture and operational expansions. 
  • Excited by the thought of a green SLT, and eager to coach and upskill as you work together. Able to adapt to and mentor different working styles
  • Taking a step back to see the whole picture comes naturally to you; you’re able to dive down into specifics where needed, but always with a strategic lens
  • A love for scalings organisations combined with a desire to see us grow sustainably and a willingness to put the work in to get us ready
  • Data-driven, you love to share your opinion but ultimately decisions are influenced based on what the market tells us and how commercially viable a solution is; you thrive on being challenged and are always open for a respectful + insights-led discussion.
