Office Manger/Personal assistant will be the glue to keep the company together with your ability to encourage a positive work culture.

You will help improve our workplace so that great work can be done.


●  Help founders to make the best use of their time by dealing with administrative tasks

●  Provide support and work closely with Finance and Accounting teams, as well as the entire Management team, with minimum supervision

●  Liaise and coordinate on-boarding of new employees, by ensuring all activities are smoothly executed on time

●  Organise, monitor and execute daily monetary transactions (wires, bank deposits, reconciliations)

●  Organise and perform other administrative related activities (scheduled and ad-hoc) such as reception, data entry, etc.

●  Plan in-house and off-site activities such as parties, celebrations and conferences

●  Organise office and manage facilities


  • At least 3+ years of office management or personal assistant responsibilities

  • Stellar communication skills, and the ability to interact with internal and external partners

  • Superior organisational and prioritisation skills; great follow through on tasks

  • Self-motivated. We are heavily investing in our people, so we are only looking for

What you should have: 

  • Experience in managing an office
  • A proven track record of handling a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Sound knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written
