Our head office Support Centre, based in Chiswick Business Park, is home to our operations and corporate functions that support our vast network of Stores across EMEA, and we are now looking for a talented recruitment partner to join the team here supporting our customers in head office. All Starbucks colleagues are called Partners and as part of our recruitment team in Partner Resources you will have the opportunity to plan, design and deliver recruitment strategies for various functions and act as a true subject matter expert in the field of recruitment. We are a small team who have a big remit, but with that brings the opportunity to grow and shape a truly leading talent acquisition function. Within the London head office you will manage stakeholders to Director level and support with wider EMEA recruitment initiatives when they arise.
Some of the things we expect you to do:
Monitor ongoing recruitment needs for Support Centre; supports cost effective recruitment campaigns with the Recruitment Manager e.g. Attraction and referrals, to ensure that the right people are employed at the right time.
Develop with the Hiring Manager the recruitment strategy per role, maps process, and agree timescales in view of finding the best candidate, up to and including Senior Manager level roles.
Build and maintain a Talent Pool of candidates. Network and nurture relationships with external parties and pipeline candidates to maintain their interest in working for Starbucks.
Shape a culture where Agency usage is a contingency. Build, develop and manage strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and other recruitment suppliers.
Coordinate coach and advise Hiring Managers in selection processes for both internal and external Support Centre recruitment to ensure a professional service, candidate experience and quality hire.
Provide an enriching candidate experience, representing the company culture and providing valuable feedback throughout the recruitment process to both Candidates and Hiring Managers.
Provide the guidance, advice and coaching to the business and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with recruitment legislation framework, constantly delivering continuous improvement in recruitment and selection methods and processes.
Put together job offers, negotiates with candidates, closes offers and hands over to Partner Resources.

Customer focused with a proven ability to deal with people at all levels in the business.
Ability to establish plans and work efficiently.
Ability to work on projects with or without guidance, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Significant experience in an in-house recruiter role or equivalent agency experience, recruiting across a variety of specialisms and job levels up to Senior level.
Experience of selecting and managing strategic recruitment partners.
