About the role...
As our Talent Community Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in driving value to our existing customers whilst helping grow the Create + Adapt community. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of vacancies across a number of customers (varying in shape, product and size), helping the C+A Talent Partners to identify new routes to market and interesting ways to engage with those hard to reach talented individuals. You’ll be the go to expert on advertising strategies and other new routes to the market. A confident navigator of all things talent, you’ll know where to find the best talent, how to engage them and ensure all of our internal people processes are top notch whilst developing our own employer brand. You’ll help develop the overall Create + Adapt centre of expertise, helping our community of talent partners and community resourcers to be the best they can be.
Manage up to 15 live vacancies at any one time, working towards 3 placements per month and meeting all targets for customer satisfaction.
For tailored customers, identify opportunities on their advertising opportunities partnering with our media buyers OME.
Support the effective employer branding plans for the Create + Adapt customer portfolio.
Creation of new advertising strategies e.g. exploring video adverts, content creation and exciting advert copies.
Support the creation of a ‘knowledge centre’ for customers and talent managers across C+Arelating to all things Talent Acquisition (hints, tips, channels).
Resourcing for startup and enterprise customers, focusing on 2-3 key accounts
Supporting startup customers on their talent strategies,people plan and resource forecast with the assistance of a Talent Manager
Spend time onsite with key customers, building awareness of culture fit and challenges
You’ll be the go to person for all our people systems including Recruitee and Charlie HR
