The Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative at Intrro isn't your typical "SDR" role. You’re not only responsible for developing, qualifying leads, setting meetings and building pipeline, but also much more than that...By joining as the first member of the sales team, you’ll be shaping a collaborative fast-paced culture that relies and thrives on individuals who will go above and beyond, you will build and define not only your future with Intrro but the growth and expansion of the company at large!

Most importantly, you will be tasked to work closely with the Co-Founder & CEO to generate targeted awareness of our Intelligent Employee Referral Platform to drive outbound opportunities and accelerate new partnerships.

So what's this role all about...

  • Apply best in class sales development practices through a mixture of calling, emailing and social outreaches to connect with our target audience;
  • Coordinate meetings with prospects for the CEO in line with your targets;
  • Understand Intrro’s offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospect’s needs;
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in our CRM, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information;
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve or exceed your targets;
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors
  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
  • Have an impact on Intrro’s success!

  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle, handoff to Customer Success)
  • Shown creative problem-solving approach
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate unique proposition of the product and obtain product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
