ThriveMap measures how people and teams like to work in order to minimise the risk of new hire failures. We're providing a new dimension of hiring and team success. Since launching in 2016, we're currently being used by multi-national companies including HSBC, AOL, Belron International and Google DeepMind to name a few.

 

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to bring some spark and energy towards driving our market share. 

 

About the role...

You'll hit the ground running, developing and qualifying leads whilst setting appointments for follow ups on general enquiries. You'll be proactive in your nature, doing whatever it takes to provide our Sales Team with appointments with the right people at the right time. You'll champion all our sales goals whilst providing quality sales leads based upon specific criteria. Inquisitive in your approach, you'll do your own research into our target audience and proactively source key contacts and critical account information to ensure we're maximising prospective calls. In addition, you'll develop and manage rapport with prospective leads and continue to provide regular activity reports to sales management.

A good talker and an even better listener, you'll be a people person through and through. A stickler for organisation and tech savvy you'll be able to manage a variety of tasks all at once. You'll be results driven with an ability to meet and exceed desired goals. You'll have no problem working in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry. Not to mention you'll be an ultimate pro at communication both verbally and through written approaches. You'll come with a wealth of knowledge using Gmail, CRM Tools (we use HubSpot and BaseCRM), LinkedIn and internet searches.
