About the role...
We work with some of the coolest brands in the market who look to us to disrupt their hiring cycle. We're looking to bring on board a new cohort of Talent Associates, who are essential to us having a significant and positive impact on our growing portfolio of startups.
Our Talent Associates are a fundamental part of our tribe; working from our office in Highbury Grove, you'll be the beating heart of our model, the central support strengthening our team of recruitment and culture pros who split their time between HQ and customer offices. You'll be responsible for targeting and engaging the right candidates, and for building a growing talent community for each customer whilst working on some intriguing projects along the way.
It doesn't matter if you don't have recruitment experience: we believe in the power of diverse perspectives, and are looking for bold and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a positive change to the industry, and are excited to work in and around the amazing brands within our portfolio.
You’ll be trained on the latest sourcing techniques to find outstanding talent across all disciplines, as well as how to provide world-class candidate communication and develop yourself to be a true ambassador for Canda and our partners.
Our aim is to bring our new cohort of Talent Associates on board at the same time, so you can share your journey with others. So we're looking to host a half-day event at our office in mid-to-late February 2020, where you'll get the chance to meet a few members of our tribe, get to know us + the way we work, and also get a sneak peek into your potential future Talent Associate buddies 👀 with the view to commence in March.
